Program description
Quality Colors Specialty Paint and Plaster (“Quality Colors,” “we,” “us”) sends conversational customer-care SMS text messages to customers and prospective customers in connection with their consultation requests and painting or plaster projects. Messages may include responses to your consultation request, appointment scheduling and reminders, estimates, project updates, and replies to questions you send us.
Opt-in
You consent to receive SMS messages from Quality Colors when you submit the consultation request form on qualitycolorspaint.com (which includes a consent disclosure), when you text us first at (602) 835-0140, or when you otherwise provide your phone number and agree to be contacted by text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us and the status of your project. Typically you will receive a few messages around your consultation, appointment, and project milestones.
Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan.
Opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We do not sell your information.
